TRADING TERMS

Sales

All sales are on a firm sale basis.

Minimum order is $350 before GST.

Prices are subject to change without notification.

New Accounts

The two initial orders are proforma.

Goods will be dispatched once payment is received and cleared.

Goods will be held for 14 days only.

Terms

Trading terms are 30 days nett.

30 days accounts are given at our discretion.

Backorders

Backorders are raised when goods are not currently in stock.

Backorders are held for two months unless notified.

Backorders under $70 will be cancelled.

Shipment

Freight will be charged on orders.

Customers are welcome to use their own freight companies.

Returns

Claims must be reported to the office within seven days of delivery.

Goods damaged on receipt may be returned.

No returns will be accepted for customers who over order, change their minds or cannot sell the goods.

No shop soiled, shop damaged, store tagged or priced goods, goods damaged due to inappropriate handling in store or through use not applicable to our products will be accepted for return.

Refused shipments which have been ordered will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.

No monetary refund, the account is credited instead.
